User Management Overview

Why Multiple Users?

Most businesses need multiple people accessing the gateway:

  • Owner/manager (full access)
  • Accountant (reports only)
  • Front desk staff (process transactions only)
  • Customer service (view transactions, issue refunds)
  • Developers (API access only)

Each should have appropriate permissions – not everyone needs full access.

Accessing User Management:

Navigate to Control Panel tab (left panel), then click User Management
