Transaction Reports

The Transaction report is the most detailed report type. When you select an individual transaction, the system displays five comprehensive information sections:

1. Invoice Details:
   • Invoice number, customer name, amount, due date, status
   • Provides billing context for the transaction
2. Transaction Details:
   • Transaction ID, authorization code, timestamp, amount, status
   • The core transactional data for reconciliation and dispute resolution
3. Card Details:
   • Card type (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), last four digits, expiration
   • Identifies which card was used for the transaction
4. AVS Payment Details:
   • Address Verification System response codes
   • Shows whether the billing address matched the card issuer’s records
   • Critical for fraud analysis and chargeback defense
5. Shipping Information:
   • Shipping address and details (if captured during the transaction)
   • Useful for e-commerce and fulfillment tracking
