Setting Up QBO Integration
- From the ProCharge Dashboard Home screen, navigate to the QBO Sync tab
- Click Connect to QBO in the upper right corner of the screen
- The QuickBooks Online Notes checklist displays in a pop-up window. This checklist outlines prerequisites and important notes about the integration
- Verify that all checklist items have been completed by selecting each checkbox, then click OK
- The QuickBooks Online login page displays in a new window
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account with valid credentials
- Click Authorize to continue connecting ProCharge to QuickBooks Online, or click No Thanks to cancel the integration
Post-Connection Workflow: Once connected, the QBO Sync tab provides tools to:
- Import invoices from QuickBooks Online into ProCharge
- Sync customer records between both platforms
- View sync status and troubleshoot any connection issues
- Manage the integration settings
Note: The QuickBooks Online Notes checklist must be fully completed before proceeding with the connection. Missing prerequisites can cause sync failures or data inconsistencies. Ensure the merchant has an active QuickBooks Online subscription and administrative access to their QBO account.Agent Best Practice: QuickBooks Online integration is a major selling point for merchants who already use QBO for their accounting. Highlight that they’ll eliminate double entry, reduce reconciliation time, and get their invoices paid faster through automated email delivery. For merchants not currently using QBO, this integration can be a reason to adopt it.
