Wireless Pairing (SPiN)

Connect your P-series terminals and CloudPOS wirelessly with SPiN! This allows you to use one terminal as a secure PIN pad for another, eliminating the need for cables and extra hardware.

P1 as PIN Pad for CloudPOS

1. Turn on the terminal.
2. Log in to the iPOSpays virtual gateway.
3. Start a transaction in CloudPOS.
4. Choose PIN Pad as payment type.
5. Enter details in CloudPOS and click Process.
6. The terminal will prompt the customer to complete payment.

Pair Two Terminals

1. Turn on both terminals.
2. Tap the GEAR icon on each and enter TPN last 4 digits.
3. Select PIN Pad.
4. Designate one as Master and one as PIN Pad.
5. Enter Master’s IP Address into the PIN Pad terminal.
6. Tap Start Pairing.

Voids & Refunds

Correcting errors or processing returns is simple. Use the Voids/Refunds function to quickly reverse transactions directly from the terminal or back office.
