Dashboard Navigation – The Primary Tabs
The ProCharge Gateway dashboard provides tab-based navigation to access all platform functions. Understanding where each feature lives is critical for guiding merchants quickly:

| Home | Dashboard with sales graphs, statistics tables, and recent transaction details |
| Virtual Terminal | Process sales, pre-authorizations (Auth Only), and captures |
| Gift Card | Manage eGiftSolutions gift cards: Redeem, Activate, Add Value, Balance Inquiry, Void, Deactivate, Balance Transfer |
| Customer | Create/manage customer database, bulk import customers, create invoices for saved customers |
| Invoice | Search, view, add invoices; process payments; issue refunds; bulk import invoices |
| Reports | Generate transaction, credit card, batch, tax, recurring billing, and reverse cash discount reports |
| Account | Change usernames, passwords, and security questions |
| Profiles | Enable/disable admin settings (CVV, ZIP, AVS requirements, invoice settings, batch reports, etc.) |
| Manage Batch | View open batches and close batches manually |
| Custom Checkout | Generate customer-facing checkout pages for self-service payments |
| QBO Sync | Sync transactions with QuickBooks Online |
Agent Best Practice: Familiarize yourself with the tab layout before demos. Being able to navigate quickly between sections during a merchant presentation builds confidence and credibility.
