Creating a Custom Checkout Page

To create a custom checkout page:

  1. Navigate to the Custom Checkout tab from the dashboard
  2. Configure the checkout page settings including payment amount (fixed or variable), description, and any branding elements
  3. Save and generate the checkout page
  4. Copy the generated URL and share it with customers through your preferred channels (email, social media, QR code, website embed, etc.)

Example Scenario: A merchant participating in a charity fundraiser creates a Custom Checkout page with a “Donate Here” function. They share the payment link on their social media channels and print QR codes on event flyers. Donors scan the QR code with their phones, enter their donation amount, complete the payment, and receive an automatic receipt – all without the merchant needing to touch a terminal.Agent Best Practice: Custom Checkout is one of the most versatile features for merchants who don’t have a full e-commerce website. Demonstrate this feature during sales presentations – show the merchant how they can accept payments from anywhere in under 5 minutes. It’s a powerful differentiator against competitors who require complex website integrations.
