Adding to an Existing Credit Card Payment

If a table orders more after the check is closed, the order can be reopened and charged to the same card:

  1. Navigate to Orders > Closed and select the order
  2. Tap Reopen Order and add the new items
  3. On the Pay screen, tap More > Create New Charge with Card
  4. The system charges only the difference between the old and new totals

Note: The guest will see two separate charges on their statement as these are two separate authorizations.
