Adding a New User
1. Click User Management on left-hand menu
2. Click the three lines (top left) and select Add User
3. Fill in user details
4. Choose a role
5. Click Submit – user receives activation email

Available User Roles:
| Role | Access Level |
| Merchant Admin | Full access to all features and settings |
| Merchant Operator | All actions except managing users |
| Multi-Store Manager | Access limited to assigned locations |
| Store Manager | Access limited to a single location |
