Adding a New User

 1. Click User Management on left-hand menu

2. Click the three lines (top left) and select Add User

3. Fill in user details

4. Choose a role

5. Click Submit – user receives activation email

Available User Roles:

RoleAccess Level
Merchant AdminFull access to all features and settings
Merchant OperatorAll actions except managing users
Multi-Store ManagerAccess limited to assigned locations
Store ManagerAccess limited to a single location
