Accessing the Dashboard
The ProCharge Gateway dashboard is the central hub where all primary tabs and functions are located. To access the dashboard:
- Navigate to https://secure2.ProCharge.com in your web browser
- In the Merchant Login section, enter the following credentials and then click Login:
| Field | Description |
| Login | The user’s login name |
| Reg Key | The seven-digit registration key provided by Customer Support |
| Password | The user’s password |
Note: Depending on your security settings, ProCharge Gateway may require you to answer security questions before logging in. Ensure the merchant has their security questions configured and remembered.
Note: The exact layout of a merchant’s ProCharge environment may differ slightly from standard instructions due to account setup. Direct merchants to Customer Support for assistance in configuring their dashboard.
